WWA at Myerscough College Show and Open Day

On Sunday 7th June 2015, the Westmorland Wildfowlers Association (WWA) attended the Myerscough College Country Show & Open Day where we presented an impressive display stand on the subject of Wildfowling & Conservation on the River Kent estuary, NE Morecambe Bay. The stand showed a range of wildfowling and conservation topics , cartridges, decoys, the WWA's Purdey Award, Conservation posters, SSSI anti-disturbance signs, non toxic shotgun pellets, homeloading equipment, and two of the WWA's artificial hen houses and their resident incubating decoy duck mallards.  Many thanks to the three WWA members who manned the stand during the day. Stotty, Dave Coward, Gordon Harrop set up and manned the stand from 8.00am until 5.00pm!! Well done guys!!
